Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Vyllage (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a community discovery platform that connects members with local businesses, professionals, organizations, and events. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Vyllage.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
• Keep your password secure and not share your account with anyone else.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the profiles, photos, reviews, events, and messages you publish. By posting content on Vyllage you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and you confirm you have the rights to share it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vyllage to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others.
• Scrape, copy, or republish content without permission.
• Distribute malware or interfere with the platform’s operation.
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Business and professional profiles

If you list a business, professional service, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to represent it and that the information you provide is accurate. Vyllage may remove or unverify listings that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

6. Verified and Featured status

Verified and Featured badges are issued at Vyllage’s discretion and may be revoked at any time. Paid tiers, when introduced, will be governed by additional terms presented at checkout.

7. Reviews

Reviews must reflect your honest, first-hand experience. We may hide or remove reviews that violate our Community Guidelines, are off-topic, or appear to be incentivized or fraudulent.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Some content (such as aggregated reviews) may remain visible after deletion in an anonymized form.

9. Disclaimer

Vyllage is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the businesses, professionals, organizations, or events listed on the platform. You interact with other members at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyllage’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Your continued use of Vyllage after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
